Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is currently looking for a talented HR Executive with specialized experience in BPO recruitment for campaigns based in the UK and USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process for call center roles, utilizing diverse sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and partner with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment tracking systems and generate reports.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and handle HR-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and availability to work onsite at night.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
