Job Description
Herbiotics Health Care is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department. If you are enthusiastic about team building, improving HR systems, and aligning human capital with business goals, we would be thrilled to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment efforts, manage performance evaluations, coordinate training programs, and implement engagement strategies.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of HR management experience (preferably within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries). Proficiency in HR software and a solid understanding of labor laws are essential.
