Job Description
ABS International is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Call Quality Analyst for our on-site team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13C, Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,00 to PKR 50,00 per month, with a work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT. Your primary role will involve monitoring customer interactions and improving performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute over 50 call evaluations weekly
- Analyze key performance indicators such as First Call Resolution (FCR) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Provide constructive feedback to agents
- Maintain documentation that is ready for audits
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Quality Assurance experience in call centers
- Proficiency in NiceCXone or Calabrio
- Fluency in both English and Urdu
