Job Description
Company: Albario Engineering Private Limited is on the lookout for a well-groomed and personable Female Front Desk Officer located in Model Town, Lahore. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service, support administrative tasks, and maintain a professional reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly.
- Manage incoming phone calls and maintain visitor logs.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including email correspondence.
- Assist with HR and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
