Job Description
We are pleased to announce an opening for a Customer Coordination position available exclusively for recent graduates from the class of 2024 or 2025. Please note that we will not be considering irrelevant profiles or freelancers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong English reading and writing skills.
- Coordinate daily with customers to provide updates and status reports.
- Work towards ensuring customer retention.
- Assist the sales and accounts departments as needed.
- Follow up on carriers and consignments effectively.
Qualifications: B.Com/BBA in Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: Only fresh graduates are eligible.
