Position Type: Full-time
Your role as a Customer Service Controller (CSR) will involve taking incoming calls from UK customers who wish to book or amend taxi bookings. You will be responsible for:
- Handling airport and local bookings
- Processing payments over the phone
- Escalating complaints to the relevant department and addressing driver queries
- Ensuring high levels of customer service
Candidates with experience in Autocab, Iccabi, or Cordic are preferred, but fresh applicants are welcome to apply. This is an office-based position in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Remote work is not available.
