Job Description
Texitech is seeking a dedicated Credit Control and Collections Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and ensuring timely payments through follow-ups via phone, email, and written correspondence. You will maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions while reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies. Additionally, you’ll prepare and present regular reports on aging receivables and collection status.
Qualification: Inter/BA/B.COM or any relevant qualification
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
