Job Description

We’re seeking motivated individuals for our Call Center to manage overdue payments and outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers about overdue payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans for delinquent accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with legal and real estate teams.
• Follow up on pending payments.
• Address customer objections professionally.
• Meet recovery targets.
