Job Description
Chahyay.com is looking for a seasoned Senior HR Specialist to enhance our HR team. This role requires extensive experience in HR Operations, Performance Management, Policy Implementation, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR Operations from onboarding to offboarding.
- Design and oversee Performance Management frameworks.
