Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through chat, addressing their inquiries with promptness and professionalism. Your goal will be to provide accurate information to effectively resolve customer issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills in English.
- Proficient typing capabilities.
- Able to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Prior experience in customer support is an advantage.
Salary range: PKR 30,00 Basic + Commission. Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 15.
