Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Patient Billing Support Representative to provide outstanding assistance to patients regarding billing inquiries, insurance claims, payment plans, and account balances. This role demands professionalism and empathy to effectively address patient concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address patient inquiries related to billing.
- Clarify charges, payments, and account statements.
- Facilitate the setup of payment plans.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and related issues.
- Accurately document interactions with patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs115,00.00 per month
