Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Providing effective solutions to customer issues and complaints.
- Managing orders and updating account information efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Experience: At least 6 months in customer service within the banking sector
- Location: Must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
