Job Description
Location: Bahria Town, Lahore (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift)
Salary: Rs. 40,00 – Rs. 100,00 per month (plus uncapped commission)
Job Summary: We are seeking driven Senior Telesales Agents to join our dispatch services team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling dispatch solutions to US trucking companies while fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential US trucking clients
- Effectively promote and sell our dispatch services
- Close deals and onboard new clients
- Manage communications and build relationships with carriers
- Achieve or surpass sales targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficient in cold calling techniques
