Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of construction project management, cost estimation, and contract administration.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing tender documentation, and managing budgets throughout the construction process. You will collaborate closely with project managers and other professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication capabilities. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.
