Job Description

Salary: PKR 45,00–50,00/month + uncapped incentives + PKR 3,00 attendance allowance
Shift Options: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (PKT)
Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot issues following escalation protocols; maintain accurate CRM records; ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Requirements: Fluent in English, basic computer skills, availability for night shifts, and a commitment to training.
