We are currently looking for a committed Umrah Sales Agent to assist clients in planning their Umrah journey. This position demands excellent customer service skills and a comprehensive understanding of the Umrah process.
Key Responsibilities:
The Umrah Sales Agent will consult with clients on available Umrah packages, manage bookings, and deliver outstanding customer support. Additionally, the agent will promote our services and remain informed about Umrah regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have experience in travel sales or customer service, along with exceptional communication skills and a solid knowledge of the Umrah process.
