Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, payments, and returns.
- Maintain logs and status updates for help desk tickets.
- Provide guidance on software usage and order processing.
- Document IT incidents and solutions.
Requirements: Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s preferred), 0-1 year of experience, basic MS Excel skills, strong communication abilities, and must reside in Lahore.
Compensation: Monthly salary between Rs 30,00.00 – Rs 40,00.00.
