Job Description
Achha Foods is looking for a qualified Senior IT Executive to oversee our IT infrastructure, deliver software and ERP support, and ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards. The key responsibilities include:
- Installing and maintaining both hardware and software systems.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network-related issues.
- Providing technical support for dairy-specific software applications.
- Maintaining databases and producing Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Conducting comprehensive training sessions for employees.
- Implementing stringent cybersecurity protocols.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of IT support experience in an FMCG environment is required.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
