Job Description
Turbo Brands Factory is seeking a talented and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling our advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and TikTok Ads, with a keen focus on performance and data analysis to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop compelling ad creatives and persuasive copy.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and segment audiences for better targeting.
- Report on key metrics and scale successful initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Google, Meta, or TikTok ads.
- Strong understanding of essential marketing metrics.
- Creative mindset coupled with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with eCommerce or fashion is preferred.
