Job Description
Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift (On-site)
ConnAct is seeking a talented Sales Trainer with over 10 years of combined experience in call center sales and team training. In this role, you will design and implement innovative training programs aimed at enhancing the performance of our sales teams in the US Campaign and achieving essential key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive sales training programs
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing learning sessions
- Monitor performance metrics to identify training needs
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and employee training
