Job Description
PepsiCo is looking for a dedicated Senior Territory Sales Officer to lead our distribution and organizational teams. This role requires the implementation of company strategies that cater to local business needs, as well as training and motivating team members to meet both short-term and long-term goals.
The key responsibilities include developing Permanent Journey Plans, recruiting Order Bookers and Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs), executing the Annual Operating Plan, reaching monthly volume targets, and effectively managing promotional budgets. Strong communication and prioritization skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, are essential. While 1-2 years of experience is preferred, we welcome applications from recent graduates.
