Job Description
Join our team at Fertility Care Center as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will manage customer queries through WhatsApp, providing exceptional support and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via WhatsApp.
- Maintain product knowledge and document interactions.
- Analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; customer service training is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, ideally on messaging platforms.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
