Job Description
Sparco Paints is on the lookout for a dedicated Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to spearhead our sales initiatives and promote business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing sales targets, formulating strategic plans, and providing training to our sales representatives.
This role entails fostering customer relationships, analyzing sales data, and developing advertising strategies to enhance sales performance. The TSM will also monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports to the Sales Director.
This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience. Candidates must have reliable transportation to Peshawar or be willing to relocate.
