Job Description
Experts Communication is excited to announce an opening for a motivated and dynamic Call Center Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and sales skills are essential for success in this role.
Salary: 35,00 – 50,00 PKR (commensurate with skills and experience)
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Key responsibilities include professionally handling calls, providing customer support, resolving inquiries, and meeting sales targets. We encourage fresh graduates with strong English communication skills to apply!
