Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for a committed Helpline Agent to become part of our reputable telecom company. We invite candidates who fulfill the following requirements:
- Qualification: A minimum of a graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Urdu, with a neutral accent.
- Residence: Located in Rawalpindi.
- Experience: Ideally 6 months to 2 years in a relevant field.
- Salary: Rs. 45,00 per month, along with performance-based incentives.
- Shift: Monthly rotational shifts.
As a Helpline Agent, you will manage customer calls, offer online support, follow up on issues, handle Network Trouble Tickets, and maintain accurate records. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary.
