Job Description
CSR SERVICES LLC is actively seeking a qualified female candidate with expertise in the US truck dispatching industry. This full-time position offers an attractive salary ranging from $55,00 to $70,00 per month, including commission opportunities. The working hours are from 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM for five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule freight pickups and deliveries.
- Provide detailed shipping information to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and shipments.
- Handle invoices and related paperwork.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to transportation regulations.
- Negotiate shipping rates and timelines.
Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in truck dispatching and strong English communication skills.
