Job Description
Call Cafe is excited to announce an opening for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone communication.

- Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Accurately enter data across various systems.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Exceptional listening and multitasking abilities.

- Availability for evening and night shifts is required.
