Job Description
Job Brief: The Customer Service Executive will manage reception, process sales/rental leads, and achieve revenue targets through excellent customer service and efficient database management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee reception area and assist visitors.
- Handle inquiries and qualify sales/rental leads.
- Maintain accurate records and update the leads database.
- Follow up with potential buyers/tenants.
- Schedule property visits and ensure they are presentable.
Requirements:
- Location: Lahore
- Qualification: Graduation; Masters in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years relevant experience, real estate experience a plus.
