Job Description
ENCS Networks is looking for a talented HR Analyst to join our team located in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, onsite position with a night shift schedule. Please note that we offer residential facilities exclusively for female employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data to facilitate decision-making and workforce planning.
- Maintain and update HR dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate on compensation strategies and performance analysis.
- Ensure data integrity within HR systems.
- Support adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, proficiency in HRIS, and strong data analysis skills.
Salary Range: Rs80,00 – Rs100,00 per month.
