Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is looking for an Academic Manager to lead our schools and collaborate with our principals. The ideal candidate will focus on academic management, strengthen community relationships, and enhance the quality of education for both teachers and schools.
Key responsibilities encompass improving school performance indicators, building relationships with parents, recruiting local principals and teachers, and executing action plans for underperforming schools.
Required qualifications include strong communication skills, bilingual proficiency in English and Urdu, and a minimum of three years of educational leadership experience as a principal. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education is essential.
Location: Faisalabad GPO. This is a full-time, in-person position. Only candidates with principalship experience should apply.
