Job Description

Natural Club and Resort is currently looking for a polished and confident female Receptionist to join our front desk team in Lahore and Faisalabad. We seek a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant, demonstrating outstanding customer service and communication skills in both English and Urdu.

In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and overseeing check-in and check-out processes. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office and front desk software. A bachelor’s degree is a requirement for this position.
