Job Description
Vibrant Tech is excited to invite applications for the position of Female HR Manager to become a vital part of our innovative team. This full-time, onsite role involves night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Friday, based in Bahadurabad, Karachi.
Position: HR Manager
Experience: 2–3 years in HR-related roles
Qualifications: BBA or MBA, preferably with a specialization in HR
Gender: Female candidates only
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes
- Manage employee onboarding and performance assessments
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Address employee relations and various HR functions
Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
