Job Description
Vyro is in search of a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Bookkeeper with advanced QuickBooks expertise to oversee daily financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording daily financial activities, reconciling statements monthly, processing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices and managing collections, generating financial reports, and maintaining the general ledger.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record daily financial transactions
- Conduct monthly statement reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring timely collections
- Generate comprehensive financial reports
- Maintain an organized general ledger
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Exceptional time management abilities
