Job Description

Deltasoft Technologies is looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to become a valued member of our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone communications, and ensuring the reception area remains orderly and professional. Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and directing visitors
• Notifying staff of visitor arrivals
• Maintaining security systems and logbooks
• Answering inquiries and transferring calls to the appropriate departments
• Documenting actions and communicating needs to support team efforts
