Job Description

PayMedics is currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Institutional Billing Executive to oversee the complete billing process for our institutional healthcare clients. This role includes preparing and submitting institutional claims (UB-04), verifying payer requirements, monitoring aging reports, and resolving any billing discrepancies that may arise.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1-2 years of institutional billing experience, proficiency in medical billing software, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
