GreenQuote LLC is actively seeking a qualified HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and performance management, with the goal of fostering a motivated and productive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process
- Maintain comprehensive employee records
- Address and resolve employee grievances
- Improve employee performance and engagement
- Assist in the enforcement of HR policies
- Ensure adherence to labor laws
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of HR experience (BPO industry preferred)
