Job Description
The Pacific Inc., a leader in the e-commerce industry, is seeking two remote Customer Support Associates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional live chat and email support to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will assist customers with their orders, inquiries, and refunds while addressing complaints swiftly and effectively.
Requirements:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least one year of customer support experience. Strong English communication and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this position.
Salary: PKR 30,00/month. This is a full-time role with a salary range of PKR 30,00.00 – 40,00.00 per month.
