Job Description
Our company is looking for a skilled Lab Chemist to become part of our dynamic team at Enterprises. The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in both the decorative and industrial paint sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize innovative paint formulations.
- Conduct quality assurance tests on materials.
- Oversee laboratory-scale trials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Collaborate effectively with Research & Development, Quality Control, and Production teams.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry.
