Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Call Handler and Taxi Dispatcher with excellent English communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating taxi dispatches in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include assigning jobs to drivers, monitoring trips, performing data entry, and generating reports on call volumes and dispatch efficiency. Proven customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
