Job Description
Become a part of SavTech Digital as a QA Specialist located in Phase 8, DHA, Karachi. This is a full-time position requiring availability for night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate interactions for accuracy, pinpoint performance gaps, offer coaching, collaborate on process enhancements, uphold quality standards, prepare performance reports, and lead training sessions.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, a minimum of 3 years in QA or sales operations, strong analytical and communication skills, experience with CRM systems, and familiarity with QA evaluation tools.
