Job Description
BLS Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated HR Manager to facilitate the development and implementation of essential HR initiatives and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance on policies, managing the recruitment process, designing onboarding plans, and developing comprehensive training programs. You will play a key role in performance management and addressing disciplinary matters while ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations.
Required skills include talent management, recruitment expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred. This full-time contract position is for a duration of 12 months, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs25,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a software company is required.
