Job Description
SAFA WORLDWIDE is currently seeking enthusiastic and fluent English speakers to assist our valued mobile phone customers on the O2 network with their contract upgrades. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training to all new hires.
Your primary responsibilities will involve contacting customers with expiring contracts, identifying their mobile usage needs, and guiding them through the process of signing up for new contracts.
This position offers a competitive basic salary ranging from Rs55,00 to Rs70,00, along with commission potential of up to Rs30,00, all within a supportive and friendly work environment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 11 PM, and Saturday from 3 PM to 9 PM.
