Job Description
Q-Links Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our Lake City Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing payroll, and coordinating recruitment efforts. Key responsibilities will include:
- Handling payroll processing and ensuring compliance
- Developing and implementing HR policies while managing employee records
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Enhancing employee engagement and addressing any grievances
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, along with 3-5 years of HR management experience and proficiency in HR software. We offer a competitive salary of up to PKR 150,00 per month.
