Job Description
Aura Studio is seeking a meticulous HR Executive to contribute to our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee records, assisting with recruitment efforts, coordinating employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee records and assist with payroll processing.
- Post job advertisements and schedule interviews for candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and address employee inquiries.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of 1 year of HR experience, and excellent organizational skills are required.
Job Types: Full-time, Entry-level | Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
