Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and driven Debt Collector to become a valuable member of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to individuals with overdue payments and facilitating the negotiation of repayment plans to recover outstanding funds.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining precise records of all interactions, delivering exceptional customer service, and adhering to all regulatory guidelines associated with debt collection practices.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and effective negotiation skills. While prior experience in debt collection is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
