Job Description
iGATE Technology is seeking a highly skilled Head of Customer Service to lead our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for addressing customer issues, improving the overall customer service experience, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the customer service team.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
