Job Description
Cyber System Private Limited is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Lahore. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding online support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound audio and video calls with a professional demeanor.
- Schedule and oversee patient appointments effectively.
- Conduct eligibility verifications and perform necessary follow-ups.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers.
- Deliver timely and efficient customer support services.
Qualifications: Candidates must be fluent in English, proficient in MS Office, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to multitask under pressure, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Salary: Between PKR 60,00 and 75,00 per month, including additional benefits.
