Job Description
Bredwares Technologies is seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager at our Gulberg Greens Islamabad location. The Sales Manager will drive sales growth through strategic outbound initiatives and customer engagement. This role involves leading a team of SDRs, interacting with high-profile clients, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of SDRs to achieve sales goals.
- Engage in outbound sales to U.S. clients via calls, emails, and social media.
- Forge and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams for sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- 5-6 years of experience in IT or Logistics.
