Job Description
Robust Connections is seeking both Fresh and Experienced Call Center Representatives for full shifts. The ideal candidate should excel in resolving customer issues and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Follow communication scripts for various topics.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and offer solutions.
- Foster strong customer relationships and go the extra mile.
Requirements:
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Salary Package: Rs35,00 to Rs60,00 per month plus bonuses.
Shift Timings: 7:45 pm to 5:00 am (Night Shift)
