Job Description
S Ventures is currently looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support along with outstanding English communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, effectively resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide both technical and non-technical support.
- Address complaints and escalate intricate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Assist in order processing and account management.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance service delivery.
